LESSON PLAN OPTIC

LESSON PLAN

Subject               :Physics
Grade/ Semester : X/2
School                 : SMA Negeri 3 Semarang
Topic                  : Optic
Time allocation  : 10 minutes

COMPETENCY STANDARD : Applying the principle of optical instruments
BASIC COMPETENCE : Analyzing optical instruments qualitatively and quantitatively
INDICATORS: Describe the function and the optical devices
OBJECTIVE :
1.      students can understand the optical device
2.      students can explain the function of parts of the optical devices
LEARNING METHOD/ MODEL:
Methods: lectures and discussions,
Model: cooperative learning
MATERIAL:
The optic disc or optic nerve head is the location where ganglion cell axons exit the eye to form the optic nerve
The optic disc has a center portion called the "cup" which is normally quite small in comparison to the entire optic disc.
The macula is yellow in colour it absorbs excess blue and ultraviolet light that enter the eye, and acts as a natural sunblock (analogous to sunglasses) for this area of the retina.
Zonules are hundreds of string like fibers that hold the lens suspended in position and enable it to change shape for near or distant vision.
The sclera, also known as the white or white of the eye, is the opaque, fibrous, protective, outer layer of the eye containing collagen and elastic fiber.

LEARNING ACTIVITY:
Opening:
Ø  Teacher say hello, introduce themself, pray, and to check student attendance
Ø  Apperception: at previous meetings we have learned about the formation of a shadow in the mirror and lens. do you think of the inside of the human eye-like lenses or mirrors?
Ø  Motivation: nah, that's what we learned today, that is about our eyes
Ø  after learning about the parts and functions of the eye, you are expected to
.......................................
Main:
a.       Eksploration:
we can see because we have eyes. Riska now you come to the front the class. You see Dito then explain what you see. Dito is real? Dito is upside down? so do you think the human eye- like mirrors or lenses??.
b.      Elaboration:
So that more students understand, I will form a discussion group. in my right hand is the group number one and then my left hand is the group number two. Discuss with your friend about function of the eye! And explain your answers in front of class.
c.       Confirmation:
Teacher give a confirmation about the correct answers.
Closing:
Give conclution, homework.
